Incident report: On August 6, 20__, an infernal breakthrough of the 4th level (physical embodiment of a demonic entity) occurred in the Solomensky district of Kyiv. Witnesses notified the Monitoring Service of Infernal Threats (MSIT) about the observation of an demonik entity in the courtyard of one of the apartment buildings on Shevchenka Street. Initially, the level of threat was assessed incorrectly and a team of two specialists was sent to the scene of the incident to capture, eliminate and transport the entity in a company car. An entity of class M (Moloch) was discovered on the spot, but not fully embodied - the entity was missing skin, fur, ears, hooves, nails, teeth and one eye. This was the reason for the incorrect assessment of the threat level. It is assumed that during the incarnation, the infernal entity received an insufficient amount of flesh for transformation, or the transformed flesh was subject to decay. At the time of discovery, the crippled demon was rummaging through an overturned trash can in search of biomaterial to complete the transformation. MSIT field employees notified the central office about this, where they decided to send an additional armed detachment to catch the entity. At 12.50, through the efforts of three employees, the entity was captured and immobilized by injection. The body of the entity was sent to the central laboratory of the Kyiv National Institute of Demonology and Infernal Biophysics for study. Separately, I would like to note the courage of senior specialist M.A. Sorokin, who showed unprecedented courage and, armed with a wrench, walked around the yard to make sure that there were no injured civilians, without stopping eye contact with the infernal entity. Fortunately, there were no casualties during the incident, since most residents remained in their apartments.
